Dear Friends in Christ,

Our parish capital campaign was a great success. We have about $7 million in the bank account to build our new Church. While that is very good news, the reality is that we need about $10 million to complete the construction. This means, we are about $3 million shy of being able to completely pay for the construction costs.

Recently, the Archdiocese launched its own capital campaign entitled Called to Renew. The purpose of this campaign is to help all parishes in the Archdiocese to secure funds to renovate and renew our buildings and ministries. Since every parish in the Archdiocese must participate in this campaign, we have decided to combine our campaign efforts with Called to Renew.

Our assigned goal for Called to Renew is $1,475,000 of which 50% will remain with our parish. The other 50% goes to help parishes throughout the archdiocese, including ours with deferred maintenance needs. Funds will also go to support priestly vocations, faith formation, and our ministries to the sick and dying, those in prison.

We will use our funds to complete the Church construction. And, if we go over goal, we keep 100% of all funds we collect above our goal. This is a win-win situation for us.

I want to encourage everyone to consider a multi-year pledge to the campaign. 

Please help us to reach our goals of our Capital Campaign and Called to Renew. Your contributions are greatly appreciated! May God continue to help us in this difficult and challenging time, but also a time of hope. We entrust our Called to Renew campaign to the intercessions of our Blessed Mother and Sacred Heart of Jesus.
