Our Parish Hall serves as a meeting and gathering space for all our parish ministries and groups. Unfortunately, it has been many years since the Parish Hall has been updated. Proceeds from the campaign will enable us to paint the hall, upgrade the air conditioning and heating system, repair the ceiling tiles, update the lighting, install a sound system, projector and screen, purchase new tables, chairs, repair the windows and update the window coverings. Called to Renew proceeds will also enable us to update the entrance lobby to the hall.

Recently the Church Sanctuary was renovated to enhance the celebration of the Liturgy, Sacraments and other Liturgical celebrations. In order to preserve the interior of the Church, funds from Called to Renew will allow us to replace the church roof that is in need of major repair. In past years, certain sections of the roof were patched to stop leaks, but the time has now arrived to replace the roof to prevent any interior damage to our beautiful church.

Currently, the church sound system has only two large speakers on either side of the sanctuary providing sound for the entire church. During Mass and other liturgical celebrations, it is difficult to hear and to understand those speaking due to the lack of speakers. Funds received from Called to Renew will enable us to install additional speakers in the main naive of the Church.
We — the Catholic faithful — are the agents of renewal for Church and society. I am grateful for this opportunity to walk alongside clergy and parishioners in strengthening our parishes and ministries, the heart of our Archdiocese.

As Christians, we are called to meet the spiritual and temporal needs of others. Called to Renew provides us with an extraordinary opportunity to expand and enhance our ministries to the most vulnerable among us, so we may walk with the sick and dying as well as with the victims and perpetrators of violent crimes and their families.
The future of our Church is strengthened when men hear and answer the Lord’s call to serve as his shepherds. The Archdiocese is committed to vocations and the formation of our seminarians and clergy, so they may minister with joyful hearts in the years ahead.
Our mission to live in greater communion with God and the Church is carried out through our parish and diocesan schools, religious education and faith formation programs, and our presence on college campuses throughout Southern California.
