Our community is excited to participate alongside all parishes, missions and Catholic centers in the Archdiocese to strengthen and renew our Church for the future. Please continue reading to learn how this campaign will benefit us.
God has blessed Precious Blood Parish with the presence of active parishioners who keep the faith vibrant and dynamic. In the spirit of Jesus’ mission, we have created a welcoming community that nurtures spirituality and witnesses the Holy Spirit’s call to unity and communion people of all cultures and traditions.
Now, we are called to renew our faith and commitment to bolstering our community. Our parish is participating in the Called to Renew campaign. I am excited to invite you to be a part of this initiative to strengthen parishes and elevate the ministries of our Archdiocese.
By the grace of God, our parish continues to thrive and flourish because of your support and generosity. I am amazed at how parishioners work together to create an inspiring and welcoming community that is a reflection of Christ’s love and mercy. Called to Renew allows us to come together as an Archdiocesan family to serve our local Church alongside our brothers and sisters across Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties. This is truly an extraordinary opportunity to live out our mission as His friends and disciples!
Through Called to Renew, Precious Blood will be able to address our parish’s most pressing needs. You can find further details about these projects on the
following page.
Please take a moment to review the impact Called to Renew will have in our parish and across the Archdiocese of Los Angeles for generations to come. This campaign has my full support. Let us dream big together and make our parish a beacon of vibrant faith in God.

Parish Needs
Electrical Upgrade
The electrical wiring in our sanctuary is outdated and no longer supports our lighting and
high energy needs without periodic blackouts. Upgrading the wiring will provide a more
reliable and safe supply of power for our church and will also allow us to install a new HVAC
system.
Air Conditioning & Heating
Our church was built at a time when indoor cooling and heating were uncommon and, as
a result, the temperature can be uncomfortable at certain times of the year. Installing a
new HVAC system will help moderate the temperature in the church to make our worship
experience more comfortable.
A Bold Plan of Renewal
We — the Catholic faithful — are the agents of renewal for Church and society. I am grateful for this opportunity to walk alongside clergy and parishioners in strengthening our parishes and ministries, the heart of our Archdiocese.
