Our community is excited to participate alongside all parishes, missions and Catholic centers in the Archdiocese to strengthen and renew our Church for the future. Please continue reading to learn how this campaign will benefit us.
As an active and faith-filled parishioner, you are aware of the many blessings we have to be grateful for at All Saints Parish. Your family has likely celebrated many rites of passage here, such as Baptism and first Communion. You may have exchanged wedding vows in our church or bid farewell to a loved one in the comfort of your spiritual home. Truly, our parish plays a vital role throughout our lives. But have you ever stopped to reflect on who is responsible for all we enjoy and use today?
Just as we now benefit from the generosity of those who came before us, we, too, are “called to renew” our Church to ensure future generations can encounter Christ.
I am pleased to announce the launch of our parish’s Called to Renew campaign and invite you to consider God’s many blessings in your life, our parish, and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
Each parish has been given a goal for the campaign. Our goal is $300,000, of which 50 percent will remain at our parish. We will also retain 100 percent of the funds we collect over our goal. In other words, if our campaign is successful, we will receive a minimum of $150,000 to address our own needs.
Please take a moment to read on the following page how Called to Renew will benefit All Saints, and how we will use our share of campaign funds. Then, I asked you to prayerfully consider a five-year pledge to the campaign, which will allow us the best opportunity to reach our goal.
I realize this request is significant but trust in your commitment to our parish, the El Sereno community, and our Catholic faith will guide you to make a sacrificial gift. Called to Renew is essential to ensuring that our Church is vibrant and healthy and that our parish remains a presence in the lives of parishioners and the community for years to come. I hope you will join me in supporting this historic campaign.
Pledged over 5 years for the Called to Renew Campaign.

Parish Needs
Support for School Growth
Our school is one of our parish’s most important ministries. Studies show that students who receive a faith-centered education are more likely to become good Catholic stewards as adults. Establishing a pool of funds for curriculum improvement, scholarships, and updated materials will help us increase our student population in the coming years.
Roof Maintenace and Repairs
Minor leaks on the roofs of the church, parish center, and rectory are causing damage in areas. Replacing sections of these roofs will protect the interiors of the buildings, including our worship space.
A Bold Plan of Renewal
We — the Catholic faithful — are the agents of renewal for Church and society. I am grateful for this opportunity to walk alongside clergy and parishioners in strengthening our parishes and ministries, the heart of our Archdiocese.
