To renew our parish and strengthen ministries.
Our beautiful church was built more than 80 years ago and is beginning to show its age. A number of years have passed since the church was last painted. Gifts from the campaign will be used to paint the interior and exterior of the church, renewing the beautiful worship space we inherited and leaving a lasting legacy in our community.
Saint Ann will remodel the confessionals to allow for a more comfortable reconciliation experience and expand and update the church restrooms. Reconfiguring the confessionals and restrooms will allow us to add a shrine area for people to place petitions and prayers. These renovations will create a worship space that better fits our community’s needs.
We — the Catholic faithful — are the agents of renewal for Church and society. I am grateful for this opportunity to walk alongside clergy and parishioners in strengthening our parishes and ministries, the heart of our Archdiocese.

As Christians, we are called to meet the spiritual and temporal needs of others. Called to Renew provides us with an extraordinary opportunity to expand and enhance our ministries to the most vulnerable among us, so we may walk with the sick and dying as well as with the victims and perpetrators of violent crimes and their families.
The future of our Church is strengthened when men hear and answer the Lord’s call to serve as his shepherds. The Archdiocese is committed to vocations and the formation of our seminarians and clergy, so they may minister with joyful hearts in the years ahead.
Our mission to live in greater communion with God and the Church is carried out through our parish and diocesan schools, religious education and faith formation programs, and our presence on college campuses throughout Southern California.
