Parish Needs

organ

Purchase of a New Church Organ

Music is essential to worship here at SS. Peter and Paul. After many years, our organ requires significant maintenance and restoration. We will replace our organ with a new instrument that will complement our celebrations for many more generations to come.

kitchen

Parish Hall Kitchen Renovations

Community and celebration are essential to parish life. Our parish hall kitchen is greatly limited for food preparation and safety. Remodeling this kitchen with new exhaust fans and equipment, and restructuring the space to meet city requirements, will enable us to prepare the great food our parishioners have grown to love.

pew

Refinish Church Pews and New Kneelers

Our church is one of the most beautiful in Los Angeles. From our pews, we hear God’s Word and participate in many parish celebrations of the Mass and other devotions. After years of usage by thousands of people each week, our pews are in need of professional refinishing and our kneelers must be replaced.

paint-roller

Future Maintenance Fund

A rainy-day fund will ensure we are able to meet future maintenance or emergency funding needs should they arise.

A Bold Plan of Renewal

We — the Catholic faithful — are the agents of renewal for Church and society. I am grateful for this opportunity to walk alongside clergy and parishioners in strengthening our parishes and ministries, the heart of our Archdiocese.
