Our community is excited to participate alongside all parishes, missions and Catholic centers in the Archdiocese to strengthen and renew our Church for the future. Please continue reading to learn how this campaign will benefit us.
As active and involved parishioners, you are aware of the many blessing we have to be grateful for at Sacred Heart Parish. You and your family have celebrated many rites of passage here, from baptism to first Communion.
Some of you have exchanged wedding vows in our church, while others have bid farewell to loved ones. This church plays a vital role throughout our lives. But have you ever stopped to think about who is responsible for all of the buildings we enjoy and use today?
Just as we have benefited from the generosity of those came before us, we too are “called to renew” our church so future generations will have a place to
worship and encounter God. I am pleased to inform you that our parish is participating in Called to Renew.
This campaign invites each of us to fully consider the many blessings of God in our lives, and in the life of our parish.
We have been given a goal for our parish campaign, which is $900,000. Fifty percent of this amount will remain at Sacred Heart along with 100 percent of the funds we collect over our goal. I invite you to take a moment to read the following page, and learn how. Called to Renew will benefit our parish and how we will use these funds.
To reach our goal, I am asking you to prayerfully consider a five-year pledge to the Called to Renew. This campaign is important to keeping the Archdiocese and Sacred Heart vibrant and healthy, and will ensure our parish remains a presence in people’s lives for years to come.
I hope you will join me in supporting Called to Renew.
Pledged over 5 years for the Called to Renew Campaign.

Parish Needs
Parking Lot
Our parking lot has become too small for our growing community. Expanding it
will ensure parishioners and visitors are able to gather for worship and our many
ministries. We previously acquired the adjacent properties for the purpose of
enlarging the parking lot, and will enclose the entire area with new walls. We
will also create a new entrance and exit, making it easier to come and go from
different sides.
A Bold Plan of Renewal
We — the Catholic faithful — are the agents of renewal for Church and society. I am grateful for this opportunity to walk alongside clergy and parishioners in strengthening our parishes and ministries, the heart of our Archdiocese.
